Following its current assembly in Karnataka, Foxconn Industrial Web (FII), a subsidiary of Taiwan-based Hon Hai Know-how Group, on July 19 held discussions with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin concerning potential funding alternatives within the state.

FII CEO Model Cheng, accompanied by senior firm officers, held a dialogue regarding the funding alternatives in Tamil Nadu. The assembly was attended by TN  industries minister TRB Rajaa, chief secretary Shiv Das Meena, and different officers.

Earlier, on July 17, FII, a subsidiary of iPhone producer Foxconn, had a gathering with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and industries minister MB Patil to debate their proposal for establishing a supplementary plant at Tumakuru alongside their proposed unit within the Devanahalli ITIR area.

FII has expressed eager curiosity in investing Rs 8,800 crore in Karnataka, a transfer that’s anticipated to generate round 14,000 job alternatives.
